30+ Healthy Habits Program

Welcome

I’m so excited for you to be part of the 30+ Healthy Habits Program.

Each day from October 1-30, a module will be unlocked for you to access via this page.  Your menu will appear day-by-day on the left hand side, so you can check out your latest content.

You will also get a short email each day directing you to the video and the daily content so you will never miss a day.

Also, make sure you join the 30+ Healthy Habits Program Community to get support and engage with your fellow participants.

It is my belief that if you want to live the life of your dreams there are four things you need to do.

  1. Focus on your well-being first.
  2. Know what you want.
  3. Make the most of every moment.
  4. Take consistent action towards your dream life.

If you master these things, you can have anything you want in life.

The 30+ Healthy Habits Program will actually give you the steps to create any lifelong habit, however we focus on healthy habits, as well-being is the core of everything.  If you don’t take care of yourself you can’t show up for everyone else in your life.  I discuss this more in the introduction, so don’t miss it.

The next thing is knowing what you want, that is being really clear about your goals.  We will set a micro goal in the 30+ Healthy Habits Program, but if you want to get clarity and uncover your ultimate goals check out the Goal Setting Workbook under “Masterclasses” on “My Dashboard”.

You can be focused on your well-being and have great goals, but the top reasons I hear people give for not focusing on their well-being and not achieving their goals is “I’m too busy” or “I don’t have enough time”.  For that reason you also have access to the Time Mastery Masterclass so you can get some great tips on how to manage your time more effectively and make every moment matter.

The 30+ Healthy Habits Program will get you well on track to living the life of your dreams by getting you laser focused on mastering habits.  Habits work because as Jim Rohn says “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.”

Habits are truly your key to success in life, if you can take consistent action each and every day you will be more successful than those around you. One of my favourite Brian Tracy quotes is “Successful people are simply those with successful habits.”
