I’m Toni, an executive working in fast-paced leadership roles within global Fortune 500 companies. For nearly 15 years of my career, I was convinced that the only way to get ahead was to work harder and do more – no matter how much my health and happiness suffered. (Sound familiar?)

Getting sick was the breaking point I needed to design my ideal life from the ground up. I was determined to incorporate healthy habits, finally have the energy I needed, and prioritize my well-being without having to compromise my career.

And so I embarked on the research project of a lifetime. I threw myself into reading books, attending seminars worldwide, and testing strategies on myself. After plenty of trial and error, I finally found a formula that worked.

Once I applied my new strategies, I was able to:

  • Find the energy I needed to exercise everyday for more than a year.
  • Improve my nutrition (and stick with it).
  • Finally sleep well every night.
  • Develop a meditation practice.
  • And so much more.

Most amazingly of all, I did all of this without impacting my work or other areas of my life! Now, my passion is helping you accomplish this very same thing.
